The Brewcible fam is here to advocate positive social interactions between family, friends, and new acquaintances alike! Along with this, we also want to ensure that your online shopping experience with us is a breeze. Below are some things to keep in mind when shopping with Brewcible so that you are 10 steps ahead and fully informed regarding your purchase.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
​
Orders will be processed and shipped within 72 business hours of placement, excluding weekends. Once a shipping label has been created for your order, an email should be automatically sent to the email you provided at the time of placing your order in which will contain your tracking information. Keep in mind that if you accidentally entered your email address incorrectly at the time of checkout, the email will not be properly sent to you due to the incorrect email address.

Items within orders that are described as "MADE TO ORDER" will incur additional time for the items to ship in accordance with the 3rd party printing service provider.
​
Brewcible is not responsible for any lost/missing packages due to an incorrect/invalid shipping address entered at the time of checkout.
​
It is highly recommended to review all information at the time of checkout to avoid any issues.
Based on the shipping provider, estimated delivery time can range between 3-7 business days. If you get your order sooner than that, great!
RETURN TO SENDER
​
If your package is returned to sender due to an invalid or undeliverable address, we will contact you in order to attempt to resolve the issue and resend your package. Additionally, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship your package with an updated address. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days to resolve the issue, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded back to the original form of payment, excluding applicable shipping costs.
RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted for items that are in their original, sealed condition for In-House items only. All merch products are final sale and non-returnable. If products are returned that violate this policy, you will be responsible for any applicable shipping costs to send the items back to you.
​
Once a product has been opened, it will be ineligible for a return.
​
Products must be returned to us no later than 30-days from the date of purchase in order to be eligible for a return.
​
REFUNDS
​
If a refund is to be issued that follow our respective policies and procedures, the funds will be issued back to the original form of payment at the time of placing the order. The estimated time for a refund to be received back to an account can vary based on the form of payment and credit card provider. You may contact your card provider for more information on timeframes for issued refunds.

If a refund is unable to be issued back to the original form of payment due to a canceled card or any significant error with your card provider, we will issue you a refund in the form of store credit to your Brewcible customer account.

CANCELLATIONS​
​
Once an order has begun processing with our shipping department, the order will no longer be eligible for cancellation. By contacting us regarding a cancellation request, we cannot guarantee that your order will be intercepted in time prior to fulfillment. If you do have a cancellation request, please be sure to email us as soon as possible.
​
WARRANTY
​
All products on our website are not covered under warranty. In regard to UFO PONG, all components are perishable if handled incorrectly. The cards are made from PVC Plastic, which are waterproof, but are not fireproof. Keep components away from long exposures to heat sources, try not to step on the pong balls, and wash your cups if you intend to keep using them. Damaging any components does not validate a claim for warranty.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

During the early stages of launch, we will not be accepting any international orders at this time. Nonetheless, we will be working continuously to expand our reach to international customers so that our international party-goers may have the opportunity to enjoy our products and welcome you to the Brewcible family!
